Why does our country print more money for the poor

for their welfare and to fulfill their daily needs and to pay the fees of their kids if they go to school.

The country is not printing more money for the poor. The money is ditributed as wages, imports, exports, etc.. There are rules for the distributions.And the money is distributed to the poor through policies like indhira avas yojana and so on.
