Your answer :

We know that when a cell is placed in a hypertonic solution the medium has a lower concentration of water than the cell, so the cell loses water by osmosis and shrinks.

Our skin is porous and acts like a semi permeable membrane. So when it is placed in water for a long time our hand is acts like a hypertonic solution and the medium around it acts like a hypotonic solution.
So it's obvious that the water will flow from high concentration to low concentration.

|| Water actually does not enter our hand from the medium it just moves to low concentration. ||

Hope this helps.

Have a nice day =)
