Explanation:

When you are exercising, your muscles need extra oxygen—some three times as much as resting muscles. This need means that your heart starts pumping faster, which makes for a quicker pulse. Meanwhile, your lungs are also taking in more air, hence the harder breathing

Answer:

hope this helps u

Explanation:

When we exercise or run then our heartbeat got faster because our body muscle needs more energy to work harder. So when we are running then our heart tries to supply more blood or oxygen to the leg muscle.

So the cardiac output became high and the heartbeat became very fast to supply proper oxygen and the blood to the muscle.

When you are racing 100m then you can find your heartbeat became very fast but after sometime when you take rest your heartbeat again will back to normal condition.
