Answer:

when we exercise a lot, oxygen is not being circulated properly. therefore the process of anaerobic respiration starts to take place which in the end leads to formation of lactic acid,the main cause for muscle cramps.


joninamiriam: when v exercise our muscle start to respire anaerobically for a short period of time.the demand of energy is high but the supply of oxygen is less. glucose is partially broken down into lactic acid,the main reason for muscular cramps.
