Acetone has a low boiling point and hence vaporises instantly when applies to a surface. Evaporation Is a cooling phenomenon and hence, our palms feel cool when acetone is poured.

sandhyasandhu: Can you please explain more clearly
PerseusJksn: Look, acetone has alcohol. It has low boiling point, so it will evaporate vert quickly, right? When something evaporates, it cools the surface. So our palms feel cool.
PerseusJksn: I hope you understood

Acetone is a highly volatile liquid so as u pour it on it ur hand it quickly evaporates the heat off ur hand in turn giving the cooling effect
