Our palm feels cold on these cases because petrol and perfume has the ability of evaporating in room temperature. As we know that evaporation leaves behind cooling, our palm feels cold when it evaporates.

our plam feel cool when we put some acetone or petrol or perfume because they take heat from our palms and evaporate in the air leaving our palms feel cool.
