Answer:

Dry paint on the skin is very tough to remove with water because water is not able to dissolve the dried paint on the skin. But, turpentine is easily able to dissolve the dried paint on the skin and that's why turpentine is more preferable than the water to quickly clear the paint on human skin.

Answer:

because paint is very sticky.......this sticky layer of paint is not possoble to remove by using water as paint doesn't dissolve in water to be washed away....paint contain oils, etc so it can removed by using soap water solution......paint gets easily removed as it gets detatched easily and gets dissolved in this soap water solution........

this removal of paint in soap water solution is due to the formation of "micelli" in soap solution.......u may google what is micelli
