why does PH3 has lower boiling point than NH3?

 The answer should be B. Both substances are polar. The substance with the highest molecular weight, PH3 , would be expected to have the highest boiling point. It does not because of hydrogen bonding in NH3. Hope this helps and good luck with chemistry.
