your answer
Physisorption is a physical process, where are molecules are bonded together by weak vander walls forces of attraction. With increasing temperatures the vibrations of the molecules increases rapidly resulting in the breakage of the formed bonds. Hence temperature increase decreases Physisorption.

Adsorption is basically exothermic process,i.e. heat is released during the course of reaction. Therefore according to Le-Chatlier’s principle the reaction will move in reverse direction on increasing the temperature.
