Rigidity- Planning sometimes leads to the rigidity and it can highly affect the initiative which is taken by the business manager. For Eg- Sometimes there is a sudden change in the economic environment so the manager has to change the plan to achieve their target.

Inaccurate- Plans are based on the future and those plans are beyond the control for any organization. So if the plans are based on inaccurate information it will affect the organization.

Costly- Planning is expensive and it needs time and money to prepare all the data regarding business. So such plans can be beneficial for the organization if it gives a positive output.
