Portia tells lorenzo that her clerk i.e, Nerissa has some good news for him . Lorenzo will surely be happy to see the deed of gift because in it it's clearly mentioned that after the death of shylock , all he possesses will belong to lorenzo . And lorenzo did become happy after recieving it . He said that portia gave him this news as she has dropped 'mana' for the starving people .
