⭕️Vital Capacity (VC) is defined as a change in volume of lung after maximal inspiration followed by maximal expiration is called Vital Capacity of lungs. It is the sum of tidal volume, inspiratory reserve volume .and expiratory reserve volume.
⭕️Taller people regardless of their age or gender usually have a higher lung capacity than shorter people. This is because their diaphragm is larger and the total oxygen intake is also larger. The Results of my project showed that the taller a person is, the larger flow of air or lung capacity they have.
⭕️Exercising will increase vital capacity because the muscles require additional nutrients when they perform tough exercise, which requires the lungs to take in more oxygen. ... Consistent exercises can also improve the overall health of your lungs.
