\bold{Distilled\:water} does not contain any dissolved ions which can conduct electricity by acting as carrier of electric charge.

And, hence they \bold{do\: not\: conduct} electricity.

While \bold{rain\:water} has ions dissolved in it.

And, hence it \bold{conducts} electricity.

rain water conduct electricity becoz it contain ions

but distilled water does not becoz it does not contain ions or other impurities
