Why does relative humidity increase when temperature decreases?

if the water vapour contents stays the same and the temperature drops , relatative humidity increase . if the water contents stays the same and the temperature rises , the relative humidity decrease . this is because air doesn't require as much moisture to become saturated as warmed air.

Explanation:

Decrease in humidity leads to increase in temperature as there are less water particles in the air which provides fresh air to fit in more water molecules .
