Hope it will help you !!!
Resistance of a conductor goes up when temperature goes up is that the conductor has many free charges.

Ciao,
resistivity of a substance depends upon the temprature . this is due to when the temprature of a conductor increases. the amplitude of vibration of atoms in the lattice increases and hence the probabilitt of their collision with free electrons also increase. thus the atons then offer a larger target that is collision per cross section of the atoms increases with temprature. this makes the collision bwtween the atom and electron more frequent .increasing its resistanve.
hope it helps.stay blessed☺
