Cold, dry air and an increased risk of upper respiratory infections can worsen asthma symptoms during the winter. “One is that the air is cold and dry, and the other is people have more sinus and upper respiratory infections, either of which can trigger or worsen asthma attacks !

During winters.......microorganisms are found abundantly in the air....

When we inhale that air, the micro organisma present in them may cause flu,respiratory problems,etc.....

Winter air is humid and with low temperature which is sufficient for the survival of harmful micro organisms.....
