Answer: increased level of nutrients allow unwanted aquatic plants to grow. These plants grow rapidly because of the presence of lot of nutrients. Aquatic animals get trapped in the roots of these plants.These plants use oxygen of the water which results in oxygen deficiency inside the water . it harms the fishes and other organisms living in that water body.
