Let any rolling ball of mass (m ) is moving with velocity v ,
normal reaction on ball (N) = mg
due to motion , friction force appears on contact surface and start to opposing motion of rolling ball .
hence,
fr = uN = umg act on contacting surface, so, after some time due to friction force rolling ball comes rest .
