Heya!!

Here is your answer!!

  • In asexual reproduction, only single parent is involved and thus the offsprings produced are morphologically as well as genetically identical to their parents.Such offsprings are termed as Clones.

  • Asexual reproduction does not involve the fusion of gametes while Sexual reproduction involves fusion of two gametes leading to fertilized zygote.

  • The characters inherited by sexually reproduced offsprings come from both the parents and hence are variants.

Hope it helps u!!

  • Offspring are clones of there parents
  • When two parents are involed whom are known to each other then fusion will be distinct individual.
  • They are considered as clones because they are genetically similar to their parents.
