Answer:

This periodic movement is called migration.

They migrate to get fruitful temperature and abundant food. As in Siberia, in winter season the temperature is very much below freezing point hence food is not available to them. But in India the temperature is not very much cold like Siberia. The temperature in winter season of India is fruitful for Siberian crane also, there is enough food for the birds. Hence, they migrate. After the winter season is over the Siberian crane move back to their home place i. e. Siberia.

Siberian Cranes

Explanation:

In Siberia, the winter months are characterized by extreme cold, short periods of daylight and food is scarce. Siberia is known for its long harsh winters. Temperatures average well below freezing throughout the winter and well into April. So, this environment is not conducive to rear their young ones. So the Siberian Cranes migrate in search of favorable conditions. They escape the severe winter and come to India for survival.
