why does smoking of cigarette leads to lung cancer​

smoking of cigarette leads to lung cancer because in the lungs gaseous exchange will occur when we take breathing-oxygen we must breathe a fresh air. if we smoke cigarette the smoke will goes into the lungs and gaseous exchange will take place.the smoke of cigarette is very dangerous to our health so continuosly smoking cigarette will cause lung cancer.if any person is smoking near to us we must not there at that time.if we breathe that smoke it will affect the breathed person also...

so please don't smoke cigarette..
