Society needs diversity because diversity makes our society colourful . It is very important in the cultural development also. When a society is diverse in cultural religious and other fields , one will influence another . Assimilation will occur among them . As a result unique culture and tradition will develop . That culture and tradition will be the best one , since all goods things from different fields are taken .

Our Indian culture has also created due to Assimilation of different tribes and religious groups of people. That's why India has a rich cultural heritage . In the field of History it is very rich .

Individuals can benefit from one another's knowledge and experiences thanks to diversity.

Benefits of diversity:

  • Including various viewpoints and ideas improves problem-solving.
  • Working in diverse teams encourages innovation and opens up communication.
  • We are more likely to be exposed to fresh perspectives and new ways of thinking when we interact, live, and work with individuals who are different from ourselves.
  • When we interact with people from other backgrounds and life experiences, we start to wonder why we act in certain ways.
  • It makes people reevaluate their principles and ideas.
  • Although at first this might feel awkward—"but we usually do it this way!"—it can actually be empowering.
  • We can see that there are several approaches to completing tasks by learning about various ways to live our lives.
  • We can be liberated from the urge to fit into a predetermined mold thanks to this diversity.
  • The possibility of being liberated from the peril of "groupthink" is another advantage of diversity.
  • Lack of voice or the promotion of alternative views might result from a strong desire to fit in and not stand out.
  • As a result, group members begin to think similarly.
  • Diversity is very advantageous for the well-being of the society.
