Hey mate ...
Solid dissolve in hot water because here the hot water act as a separator of molecules as it is hot then it will made the molecule to vibrate to and fro more vigorously than cold water when the molecule of solid vibrate it will separator with one another .
whereas this is only happen in cold water also but the process is slow in that...

hot water is rare density more than cold water so solid dissolve more in hot water than cold water.
