It is not any scientific reason behind it but concentrate acids are kept in black to react them with sunlight

Some medicines are built photosensitive. Or some ingredients in the medicine may be used which are photo sensitive in their nature.
In both the cases, there is high chance that under the exposure of sunlight or florescent light these photo sensitive ingredients may get decomposed and ruin the composition of the medicine.
To avoid undue light exposure, these medicine bottles are made coloured.
