The answer of this question is ''due to the water bodies"
The effect of water and ocean give the south india a equable climate.
The south india is surrounded by the large water bodies . in the east of this area  "Bay of bengal'' is located while in the west side the arabian sea is present.  Even the indian ocean is present on the south of the south India.
The presence of this much water resources does make the climate equable.
