Answer:

Explanation:

In early morning, the sun is at the farthest distance from earth surface. When the white light from passes through the earth's atmosphere, light with smaller wavelength (blue) gets scattered from the dust particles in the atmosphere and only red light reaches the human eye lens. Thus the sun appears red in early morning.

This phenomenon cannot be seen by an astronaut on the moon because there is no atmosphere on moon to scatter the light.

Answer:

The sunlight gets scattered. Only the red color reaches our eyes as it is not scattered.

Explanation:

During sunrise or sunset, The distance traveled by sunlight is much more as compared to noon (12 p.m.). That is why sunlight gets scattered. As you know that sunlight is a combination of seven colors, only the red color reaches our eyes as it has the maximum wavelength and is least scattered.

Hope it helps you. Please mark it brainliest.
