Why does swiss cheese has holes
Am i cirrect these are not holes instead they are bubbles which were trapped due to trapped Carbon dioxide

yes you are correct........the bacteria Propionibacterium shermannii produces carbon dioxide because of which they appear like pores

Yeah you are correct . It is because of the bacteria P .Shermani which consumes lactic acid and releases CO2 which form trapped air bubbles
