The dry season is from February to early June. Tamil Nadu has rain during the monsoon season due to the southwest trade winds which blow towards the northern hemisphere.Tamil Nadu receives rainfall in thewinter season due to northeast trade winds.

tamil nadu get winter rainfall becz Tamilnadu gets rain from the north east monsoons which reach their after passing the bay of Bengal and picking the moisture from air..
