1) Water vapours are the gaseous state of water that get evaporated from leaves of the plant during high temperature
2) So to be in gaseous state they need very high temperature
3) As we go up In the latitude the temperature decreases due to increase in pressure
4) As mentioned above water vapours need very high temperature due to increase in pressure of high altitude their state changes into liquid
which is in the form of rain we see
