the Arctic ocean is in the middle of the Northern Hemisphere, the Arctic Ocean is almost completely surrounded by Eurasiaand North America. It is partly covered by sea icethroughout the year and almost completely in winter. The Arctic Ocean's surface temperature and salinity vary seasonally as the ice cover melts and freezes..

Indian ocean is present in southern hemisphere. In the southern hemisphere, the winds are generally milder. Research indicates that human induced greenhouse warming, and changes in the frequency and magnitude of El Niño events are a trigger to this strong warming in the Indian Ocean.
