the author say that miss.mebbin was having a protective elder sister towards money because this we come to know when she had Mrs.packltide had gone for the tiger hunting,and when she(miss.mebbin)see the she said to Mrs. packltide that you have given a big amount of this old and week tiger.even she point out the local goat also .
