Why does the blood not clot inside the body?

it can clot only when if there is an internal injury

hi!
blood does not clot inside body due to presence of heparin i.e. anti coagulant which prevents clotting blood.
and when there is some injury platelets occur at that sight and clots the blood here blood clots because heparin is absent.
