Why does the blue colour of copper sulphate fades away during electrolysis?

bcoz when anode is a platinum electrode and cathode is copper electrode copper sulphate solution divides and water also divides near cathode this makes the blue solution fade while if we take 2 electrodes copper then the solution turns into dark bluish color

the answer of this question is Copper and sulphate attach with each other give colour blue but during electrolysis process in which copper attached to cathode and sulphate attached to and anode so they are breakdown from each other so note give its property of copper sulphate.
