WHY DOES THE COLOUR OF COPPER SULPHATE SOLUTION CHANGE WHEN AN IRON NAILDIPPED IN IT ?

Iron being more reactive than copper displaces copper sulphate from its solution. The blue colour of copper sulphate fades and a layer of copper gets deposited on the nail. So the colour of copper sulphate solution change when an iron nail is dipped in it.
