The blue copper sulphate solution changes into green.

Explanation:

This is because when iron nail is immersed in blue copper sulphate solution,displacement reaction takes place.Copper sulphate solution reacts with iron nail to form ferrous sulphate and copper. Iron being more reactive than copper displaces copper. A coating is also observed on the iron nail i.e. copper deposited after the reaction.
