why does the colour of copper sulphate solution changes when iron nails is dipped in it?​

displacement reaction takes place as iron is more reactive than copper, it displaces copper and blue colour changes to green.

because when iron nails dipped in it. iron nails displaced the less reactive copper from its solution and form own ions. due to this ferrous sulphate solution is formed.
