why does the cooked food spoil soon but not uncooked food ? Give reasons

Hii dear it because,, it has carbohydrates and lipids. when it react to atmospheric oxygen it would be rancid..

Cooked foods spoil earlier than theuncooked foods because immediately after cooking bacteria's will find a way to invade the food with zero competition. The reason for these microorganisms existence is cooked foods has more moisture content, high temperature, and high acid range because of this food spoils so early.
