This is because the temperature of India is hot and humid which makes deciduous forest grow on large scale.

SOME PROPERTIES:

1.They are found in the area receiving rainfall ranging from 70 cm to 200 cm.

2.Trees of this forest shed leaves from 6 to 8 weeks in dry summer.
