Due to rotation of the earth, the day and night occurs. It is rotating on the axis and changing lengths of days and nights depends on earth and time of year.

This is clearly accessible and could be affected by the tilt of the earth axis and path around the sun. It depends on earth and time of year.

Also, planet axis is tilted at a different angle and Jupiter is titled only 3 degrees.

Answer:

The duration of "day and night" keeps changing due to the rotation and revolution of the Earth. In winter, the "days are shorter" than the nights and its vice versa in summers. Earth takes exactly "23 hours and 56 minutes" to rotate on its imaginary axis which is titled 23.5 degrees. During summers, the earth Is "tilted towards" the sun which makes the duration for which the earth receives sunlight longer. Hence, the "days are longer". During the winters, the earth is "titled away" from the sun so the days are shorter.
