Earth has the optimum temperature conditions because there is a proper distance of the Earth from the Sun.

Explanation:

The distance is not too far from the sun or not too close to the sun. So the sun rays can come to the earth’s surface in a proper manner. Also the atmosphere of the earth plays important roles to handle the temperature of the earth. Some sunrays are reflects from the earth’s surface so some portion of the heat can reach to the earth and the rest of the heat reflects back to the atmosphere.
