Why does "The Economic Development" (T.B for class 11) not have Micro Economics? And why are the topics included in it are a part of the syllabus for class 12? I'm very confused, please help.

Cash Deposits of the Government and of the Commercial Banks with the RBI are not treated as a part of money supply because they are suppliers or producers of money and cash balances held by them are not in actual circulation.
