THE essay “On Doing nothing” written by J.B Priestley does not concur with the feelings of Mr Selfridge.
Mr Selfridge was kind of person who hated laziness more than anything else and held it the greatest of sins. He even delivered some judgment on persons who waste time.
Now in the essay, the writer says that people should atleast do something rather than sitting idle. He is convincing people rather than imposing the need of staying busy. So in view of Mr Selfridge, doing something is not enough, one should be busy ALL the time
