this question has been taken from the poem alfreton by keki N Daruwalla here in this poem it has been stated that the child, whose reference has been given in this poem used to be troubled at time. to describe at his state of mind the poet has used the reference of wolf full stop here would has also further been corelated with myth.

it seems as if the world is hovering over the consciousness of this young child also, the poer showed how he used to feel haunted because of cries of wolves while he would sleep at night , when he was himself a child
