why does the ghost appear before the writer

The ghost appers before the writer to inform him that 'The Writer's Inspiration Bureau' is going on strike as they were being disturbed through Oija Boards so he will not get a plot to write a ghost story. The ghost also asked the writer to stop his friends and relatives to stop using Oija Boards.

The writer was sitting in his room thinking for an idea for his next story when suddenly a ghost appeared in front of him. The ghost appeared in parts as it was too tired. The ghost told that their bureau helps writer without ideas so that they can get a plot for their stories. She also said that she leaned over his shoulders and gave him ideas while he wrote but now they would be going on a strike if humans keep calling them through Ouija boards and keep asking silly questions. This exhausts and disturbs them. She asked the writer to convince her wife and friends to stop using Ouija Board or he will have to face the consequences.
