it is so because for prevention from mosquito and also it prevents the tank from rusting

the government on emptying water coolers because when it is not in used because if the water is stored in only one place then the mosquitoes will come and various diseases spreads in our house and in our colony if we put the kerosene oil there is no chances of coming mosquitoes because because it will kill mosquitoes and their eggs too
