Why does the image of seed rose look's red whereas it's shadow is black

So the rose either reflects (bounces back) light or absorbs it, thereby blocking it. The shadow is formed by that part of the ground that receives little light because it's been blocked by the rose. Little or no light = black (or very dark; if you really look at shadows you'll see that they're not actually black).

The image of red rose look red because red rose reflects only red light rays which fall on it due to which the reflected red light once again gets reflected when it falls on mirror.
