sound cannot exist if it doesn't have something to travel through? For example, sound cannot travel through outer space because it is a vacuum that contains nothing to carry sound. if my answer did did help you then plz mark it as brainliest :)

Refractive index changes from one medium to the other and the refractive index of gases is more than that of air meduum
Also when it enters the glass medium the wave length of ultra sound decreases
