Why does the internatinal date linebdoes not follow the 180 degree exactly it deviates from it in a number if places?

International Date Line doesn't exactly follow the straight line of 180° bit it goes zigzag. This is because on both sides of International Date line, there will be different dates. Now, if it passes straight through any country then some part of the country will have Monday and on the same day the other part of the country will have Tuesday which causes a lot of inconvenience in trade and transactions. So, to avoid these unnecessary confusions, International Date Line goes zigzag without passing through any country.
