Why does the iron does not rust even if zinc coating is broken?

because think is more reactive than iron so if the zinc coating is broken the area reacts with the zinc which protects iron from reacting with oxygen hence protecting it from rusting

Yeah but the exposed ones must rust isn't the parts which is exposed to air?

Zinc is more reactive than iron, it loses electron more readily than iron. In galvanised iron object, zinc acts as anode and does not allow to the iron to lose electron, makes it a cathode. So long zinc is there on surface it reduces to Fe2+(if any formed) to iron back.
