Why does the iron nail become brownish in colour and the blue colour of copper sulphate solution fade?

Iron is Fe, and copper sulphate is CuSO4. Fe is more reactive than Cu. So it displaces Cu. So iron nail become brownish and following reaction takes place :
Fe+CuSO4---- FeSO4+Cu
